Completion of Scene of Crime Officers Basic Course 4
On completion of the Scene of Crime Officers Basic Course 4 (26th April - 25th July) organized by the Forensic Department and Police Academy in A. A. Rasdhoo, certificates were awarded in a ceremony held this morning in A. A. Atoll Educational Centre. The Chief of Guest of the ceremony was Vice-State Minister of Medhu-Uthuru Province, Ibrahim Rasheed. Mr. Rasheed gave out certificates to the participant who received 1st place in the course, Lance Corporal Mohamed Ahmed and other participants on completion of the course.
This course was the first of such courses organized by the Forensic Department and the Police Academy to develop the services provided through forensics to different parts of the Maldives. Todays ceremony at Rasdhoo was attended by the Regional Policing Directorate, Superintendent of Police, Ahmed Saudhee, Principal of the Police Academy, Chief Inspector of Police, Ahmed Abdulrahman, Head of Forensic Department, Chief Inspector of Police, Hussain Adam and Deputy Head of Forensic Department, Chief Inspector of Police, Abdullah Ahmed.
