Awareness Program Conducted for Employees of Institutions in F. Atoll

A program to raise awareness about mental well-being was conducted for employees of institutions across all islands of F. Atoll from July 18 to 21.
 

The program emphasized the importance of mental well-being on par with physical health, the types of stress, and methods of managing stress.
 

A total of 331 employees from various institutions participated in the program.
 

The Maldives Police Service's Workforce Health and Wellbeing, F. Atoll Police, Atoll Council, F. Atoll Hospital, and island councils jointly organized the event.
 

The program aimed to familiarize employees with mental well-being, reduce the stigma associated with mental illnesses, and teach them how to recognize mental health issues, identify their symptoms early, and manage them effectively.
