Officers from the Maldives Police Service recently participated in a Cyber Security and Cyber Investigation Training Course conducted by the Royal Thai Police Cadet Academy.

The training, which took place in Bangkok from July 15 to 20, covered critical cyber-related topics including threat detection, risk management, ethical hacking, and incident response.

A total of fifteen officers took part in the course, comprising investigation officers and technical officers from the Central Investigations Command, Malé Police, Hulhumalé Police, Forensic Services, Directorate of Intelligence, and five regional divisions.

The Royal Thai Police Cadet Academy has a longstanding tradition of offering various courses and training programs to Maldivian police officers.
