Fahiraastha Program Conducted at Rasfannu

As part of the efforts by the police to ensure road safety and security, reduce accidents, and make the streets of Male' safe for everyone, the Fahiraatha Program was conducted at Rasfannu.

During this program, which was held yesterday evening, information was provided about the safety and security measures that need to be considered while driving land vehicles, for both oneself and others. Information was also given on how pedestrians can use streets safely and prevent accidents.

Furthermore, information about road etiquette was also provided. The information was disseminated through face-to-face interactions, drawings, posters, and leaflets. Road etiquette-related songs, poems, and audio clips were played through loudspeakers to convey the information.

The program, which provided information to a large number of people including children and adults, was conducted by the Traffic Police and Road Management.

The police received great cooperation from the public in conducting this program. The police are continuously working on special initiatives to ensure road safety and security and to make the streets a safe and secure place for the public.
